SHIPPING POLICY
Please allow 7-10 business days after receipt of your order for the shipment to go out. If we cannot ship within that period or if there will be a delay, we will notify you by email to let you know of the status.
The carrier used by Dogsmopawlitan is USPS unless it is requested otherwise. Please do understand that Dogsmopawlitan has no control over delivery day or delivery time, once the package is turned over to the carrier.
RETURNS POLICY
Please note that all items are non-refundable. They are only exchangeable for alternative sizes or for store credit within 14 days of receipt. So long as they are in unused condition and in their original packaging. Shipping and handling charges are also non-refundable. Please note that all sale and specials items are final sales as well.
Due to health regulations, we cannot accept returns on these items: Beds, Cushions, Blankets, Furniture, Carriers, Toys, and Shoes. Therefore, please note all details, sizes, etc… before making your purchase. If you have any questions, please email us at jacelyn@dogsmopawlitan.com.
Please use delivery confirmation/insurance via your carrier when returning products. We are not responsible for any packages lost in shipping. Until there is a delivery confirmation that we have received the package, it is your property.
